Ayana McQueen
As an Altadena native with over a decade of experience in, real estate, residential and commercial property development, interior design, and construction management, Ayana brings a unique blend of understanding her communities needs, creativity, technical skill, and industry expertise. Her skill set spans over a multitude of sectors including but not limited to residential development, mixed-use ground-up multifamily construction, tenant improvements, retail, and hospitality projects.

General Contractor
Jayme Dinovitz
With 31 years in the construction industry, Jayme's career began in his family's business, progressing from laborer to General Contractor. His extensive experience spans across multiple real estate sectors including single-family and multi-family residential, commercial office buildings, medical offices, and restaurant/hospitality projects. Jayme excels in leading construction projects in all phases, specializing in workflow efficiencies, bid processes, pre-construction planning, contract negotiation, and vendor management.

Urban Planning and Permitting
Eddie Scott
Eddie brings over 20 years of experience in construction management, real estate, and urban planning, with his career beginning in 2003 as a real estate appraiser before becoming a licensed real estate broker and project manager. Growing up in Altadena, Eddie developed a deep understanding of community needs and the value of thoughtful, community-centered development. His diverse background equips him with a comprehensive knowledge of municipal codes, construction management tools, and entitlement processes. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed a range of projects, including tenant improvements, additions, and ground-up developments valued between $50,000 and $5 million. He holds a graduate degrees in Construction Management from the NewSchool of Architecture and Design and Urban Planning from the University of Southern California, providing him with the expertise to guide complex projects from entitlement to completion. His experience as an Associate Land Use Planner for the County further strengthened my skills in regulatory compliance, rebuilding efforts, and aligning projects with community standards. This blend of technical expertise and local insight uniquely positions him to serve as a Project Manager or Owner’s Representative for wildfire recovery and rebuilding initiatives, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in alignment with community priorities.

Jimmy Shi
Jimmy Shi holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Cornell University. With a background as both a consulting and "owner side" architect, Jimmy managed design teams for various projects in Los Angeles, including urban infill mixed-use residential, hotels, stadiums, and commercial/retail spaces.
